Its mission is to bridge the gap between protected workshops and the open labor market through inclusive employment opportunities and cooperation between disabled and non-disabled people. The society welcomes people of all backgrounds and provides personalized support based on individual abilities, health conditions, and social needs. Through partnerships with workshops, industry, public institutions, and the private sector, the society fosters dignity, participation, and long-term integration, practicing solidarity and charity through practical action.
